My approach is straightforward.
First, I look closely at the project itself: its goals, its current condition, its strengths, its limits, and what will actually be required to move it forward.
Then I help develop a realistic path. That may include funding research, grant strategy, project framing, planning documents, lender or partner materials, or the groundwork for future applications.
The goal is not more paperwork for its own sake. The goal is language that helps make something happen.
